Cześć!!! W Polsce zbliża się Wielkanoc, więc opowiem Wam o SONGKRAN.

SONGKRAN is Thai New Year. In Thai New Year people pour water on others. There is 1 week of pouring water on each other and they put pieces of ice in cold water. When you didn’t want to be wet you must not go out of your hotel :). In Poland we have the same custom but in Poland we pour less water and only on one day – on Easter Monday.

SONGKRAN to tajski Nowy Rok. W tajski Nowy Rok ludzie polewają się wodą. Przez cały tydzień leją się wodą i wrzucają kawałki lodu do zimnej wody. Jeśli nie chcesz być mokry, to lepiej nie wychodź z hotelu :). W Polsce mamy ten sam zwyczaj ale lejemy mniej wody i tylko w jeden dzień

When we were in Thailand – in Bangkok and in Chiang Mai during Songkran, there were also processions, when people wash big Budda statues. During these processions we poured water too and there were guys sitting on the platform and giving jasmin water to Thai people and tourists.

Kiedy bylismy w Tajlandii w Bangkoku i w Chiang Mai podczas Songkran, odbywały się też procesje, podczas których ludzie polewali woda posążki Buddy. My też polewaliśmy je wodą, a na platformach siedzieli mężczyźni, którzy rozdawali wodę jaśminową Tajom i turystom. To było super.

On the streets but more in temples are decorations, on the third picture from the bottom you can see me with decorations I made. In our hotel there were special workshops to prepare such nice decorations.

Na ulicach i w świątyniach były przepiękne dekoracje. Na trzecim zdjęciu od dołu możecie zobaczyć dekorację, którą sam zrobiłem W naszym hotelu były takie specjalne warsztaty z robienia ozdób. Bardzo mi się to podobało.

It was so super!!! Yesterday I asked my parents: Promise me that we will fly there again because it was so great!!!

To było naprawdę superaśne!!! Wczoraj poprosiłem rodziców: Obiecajcie mi, że jeszcze kiedyś tam polecimy!!! Mam nadzieję, że to się uda!!
